I only rate the employees and they are really great. Very nice, friendly and helpful.

Waited a long time to be served ... But when the time came, the staff were super nice and the taking of the order to the receipt of the food was super fast

I was in your café on October 14th and I wanted to have a nice day with my family, but it didn't work out because the waitress with the short blonde hair apparently had a bad day and let us know, my husband had one The question he asked the waitress and this, nice lady, was loud and aggressive and left a comment that absolutely didn't work, but we stayed there in the hope that we would be treated well afterwards, so we wanted to pay and afterwards Asked the bill she was loud again and said that we should wait until it's our turn because she just has others in front of her (you could have said that in an appropriate tone). Then she came and threw us the bill on the table instead of kindly giving it to us. Of course, you still have a tip instead of a thank you, she shows us that she is relieved that we are leaving.

Cafe Del Sol in 45892 Gelsenkirchen Adenauerstraße 128. A nice, cozy, nice restaurant with very friendly staff, as the saying goes "you don't get a second chance for the first impression" and the first impression was very convincing. And for those who have no understanding and patience and immediately resort to the negative rating, please give each company the opportunity to improve the complaint beforehand, if it is justified, you do not have to hit hard guns immediately PUNKT. I wish the entire team at Cafe Del Sol continued success.

In one word: Everything is great, as always !! We celebrated my birthday afterwards and all guests were satisfied and had a very nice morning together and were able to enjoy a sumptuous breakfast together. The staff is always very friendly, we never had to wait long for the drinks. Thank you very much, dear team from café del Sol 😊

The visit to the breakfast buffet was unfortunately disappointing. Of course, I understand that a smaller selection may be due to the current Corona situation. Because every company has to work economically. Nevertheless, one can expect that the existing buffet is full. Sometimes dishes were not refilled (e.g. croissants, cold cuts or salads) or unfortunately there were not enough deficiencies. When I asked the staff I got the answer: "It's Corona" Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't right.

Today we celebrated my best friend's birthday in the restaurant Despite a group of 25 people, the waiters served us quickly and our food was there very quickly! Very cheerful and personable staff Always my pleasure !

The food was very good the staff was very friendly and we could get a table we would have to stand in front of the door and wait until we were brought to the table the data deposit is great for people with smartphones the tables are clean the sanitary facilities are clean and the iced tea is great and the burgers, also special requests, are accepted immediately despite Corona and the resulting waiting times, we were served great

I'm always happy to visit as a guest. The staff is very friendly and sociable. You feel very well taken care of. The atmosphere is great, especially in the evening when the light is dimmed a bit. Food and drink delicious as always and a nice variety.

I went there for dinner with a friend. It was very nice and the food came incredibly quickly and was delicious. We were particularly impressed by the waitress named Svetlana. Very nice and friendly! We would love to come back!

A wasp flies into the freshly brought tea ... and I have to order and pay for it all over again, because according to the waitress the management ordered this ?! Laughing for 250 ml of water and a tea bag ... 2 points for the friendly service.

I actually had a great evening! The ambience is great, the homemade lemonade you ordered tasted great (highly recommended) and the service was super friendly. However, there is 1 star deduction for being stung in the arm by a bee. Unfortunately nobody was interested. Café de Sol can't help it, but I still think it's a shame that nobody was interested. It was probably because the surrounding guests hit her several times and made her so aggressive. Tip: You have great outdoor facilities, plant them with enough flowers, then the bees go to the nectar and not to the sweet drinks / food. The problem with the bees is obviously known. Thanks to everyone who works there for trying to keep things going "normal" during strange times! :)

An excellent place Have never experienced anything negative. Service and owners etc. warm and courteous. Have never had anything to complain about food or drinks. In short: 100% justice to the 5 stars. :)

Been there for lunch today on July 23. Unfortunately, you cannot choose the guests sitting next to you. Unfortunately, the waiters and especially the manager cannot do that either. At the table next to us there were three guests, one of them around 70, in a bad mood, poorly dressed, rude, pretending to be Spaniards and "in the catering trade for 30 years". He nagged at the waitress first, then the called boss. Without a reasonable reason or a specific complaint, which he didn't like, he called the food "shit". The boss was very polite, nice and did not let the nightmare guest distract him ... honestly - I would have thrown the greasy grandpa out! Respect for the professional handling of the "complaint". Our food was very tasty, drinks cold and delicious ... always happy.

Very nice & well-kept restaurant, the furnishings (furniture / decoration) are very tasteful, the outside area is pretty. The parking spaces in front of the restaurant are sufficient. The cards are clear, a great selection of different dishes and drinks is available, so there is certainly something for every taste. The staff is attentive and plentiful and was always very friendly and courteous and even with many customers had an overview (16.07.). It was my second visit there and will certainly not be the last.

Very cuzy environment

In itself a nice location and a large and good selection of drinks and dishes. Waiter very polite. Unfortunately there was a waiter in our area, who is probably not in the business for so long. My companion's plate was cleared while I was still eating, and unfortunately I had a ball of hair in my sauce. No hair ... A whole BALL, as you know it from a drain. I noticed this very late and then very obviously placed it on the edge of the plate. Our waiter noticed this consciously, because he almost reached in himself, but said nothing or apologized for it. I would have expected that from a good waiter. The taste was good.

Great place! We had the red curry (for not being a Thai restaurant it was nearly perfect!) and a schnitzel with mushroom sauce which was also very delicious. Plus, the food got to our table extremely fast. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The location is good with a huge parking lot right in front and the building itself is very unique in a positive way. One star minus, because we had quite a clump of hair in the mushroom sauce, put it at the edge of the plate but the waiter (obviously recognizing it) didn't even say sorry or mention it in any way. But apart from that it was a fantastic experience!

Had the red curry. Was lacking a lot of flavor. Their burgers looks very good though.

First of all the staff are amazing cannot fault them at all they do their job and deliver with exception and a smile, The food is not so great and leaves you thinking is this a Wetherspoon from the UK?

Food is Nothing like Costa del Sol part of the world. But it is tasty.

Tourists!!! We where there for 20minutes.. before the place fulled up! The coffees cames to us 50minutes after the order. With the apologize we fulled up when we where the first people in the place we ask the to close the plexi glasses cause it's starts rain! They said no to us.. When someone from the Germany asked him they closed it.. -10 not even the 1 star..

Getting your initial order here is slow and you have to be waiting you can't order at the bar for some reason. The food and drinks are really good. The only bad thing is the slow service otherwise it would be 5 stars.
